Regional Organizers

Our Regional Organizers (ROs) are at the heart of Climate Reality Europe’s new engagement model. As part of our shift from national coordination to city-based Climate Hubs, ROs play a key role in connecting, supporting, and scaling local climate action across Europe.

Meet the Team

Each RO is responsible for a specific region and works closely with Climate Hub leaders, helping them launch, grow, and collaborate with others across borders. They act as the main point of contact between the Branch and the network of Hubs, supporting onboarding, facilitating best practice exchange, and providing regional insight.

Each Regional Organizer is with us one day a week, offering steady support and guidance to local Hubs while helping the network grow stronger together.

Meet our Regional Organizers below:​

Idriss Serbis-Brockmann

Western Europe
Regional Organizer

Idriss is a climate communicator, digital transformation consultant, and Vice Chair of Climate Fresk Germany. He combines grassroots engagement with sustainability consulting, training over 250 facilitators and leading workshops on climate, biodiversity, and circular economy. He supports policy and digital innovation through EU-level initiatives and mentors green startups. Certified in sustainability management, Idriss brings technical expertise and authenticity to every role. He’s lived in over 20 places across France and Germany—and finally settled in Frankfurt in 2019.

Idriss is responsible for: Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, and Switzerland

Shooka Bidarian

Northern Europe
Regional Organizer

Shooka is an award-winning climate and sustainability expert with 11+ years in journalism, environmental storytelling, and advisory work. She has led major campaigns with Climate Reality Europe, advised companies like IKEA and Sony on net-zero, and contributed to the Climate Crisis Advisory Group. As Media Fellow at UNU-INWEH, she leads global environmental communications. She holds an MSc in Sustainable Development from Sussex University. Shooka lives with her Persian cat and once found herself face-to-face with rewilded cheetahs while filming in Africa—driven by her unstoppable love for animals.​

Lodovica Cattani

Southern Europe
Regional Organizer

Lodovica has been active with Climate Reality since 2013 and holds an LLM in Law and Sustainable Development from the University of Milan. Her work bridges local climate activism and international policy, including leadership roles at the Local Conference of Youth and the Youth4Climate initiative with the Italian Ministry and UNDP. She’s passionate about environmental justice and youth participation. A committed climate advocate and an avid reader, she admits to suffering from “tsundoku”—collecting more books than she has time to read.

Lodovica is responsible for: Cyprus, Greece, Italy, Malta, Portugal, Spain, and Turkey

Elena-Alexandra Miron

Central and Eastern Europe Regional Organizer

Elena is a clean economy researcher focused on decarbonising buildings and hard-to-abate sectors, with a strong emphasis on social equity. She previously worked with Romania’s Ministry of Investments on sustainable development and climate finance. With a background in Environmental Development and International Law, Elena has contributed to just transition strategies and inclusive climate policy. As Romania’s Youth Delegate to the UN Climate Conferences, she championed youth voices in global climate governance.

Elena is responsible for: Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, and Slovenia
